Sorry, I was meaning to answer to this thread a bit sooner.
Indeed, the support takes nowadays some time to reply to the tickets. The reason is that there is currently a very heavy workload, and our teams try to process it the best they can.
Some measures and were put in place to improve the current situation, and hopefully it will revert back to normal soon enough.
