Which is the better deal?

Having a debate with myself... I'm convinced the first set of packages is a better deal.

I wish they had not bundled grand golden hammer. I am more than half-OD, so its value is not that high for me. If you are not, and can make good use out of that hammer, that changes the value of master package into positive direction, and probably make it the winner. Maybe.
