your not only one i bought em cuz i need resets on my ch/r to get rogue to 70. though i bought 4 hours ago after seeing sale was gonna happen. No diamonds. i filed ticket (pointless). Stated in ticket i want 120 resets at 19 diamonds per on my ch/r if they didn't honor thier side of the sale if i didn't get diamonds before reset sale ended(again pointless). Followed that with if they refused i wanted a refund. After all i'm the customer. I can't help it if they refuse to fix thier own system.

How long is my account gonna get banned if i file a complaint with Paypal to get my money back? Seeing that with only 2 hours left on sale the diamonds i bought 6 hours now before have not arrived. And they were only bought to buy the resets? I'm seriously tempted to do just that.

Submit a support ticket. In most cases they will give you the deal if you bought the items in the time frame of the sale. If you go to paypal. Be expected to have that never be an option for your account. Most companies dont like the reaction of filing a complaint through paypal.

I cant believe I bought diamonds without checking the forums first. They took the money out of my account and haven't deposited any diamonds yet. And of course the Daily Quest Ticket sale will be over soon. Gah.

I have the exact same problem, I just switched a secondary class for the 4th time with no quests available, so the reset tickets would help a lot. Unfortunately it looks like I'm out of luck.

Jesus........ 100 dias on this thread being closed or more likely deleted. My god, let's try to keep it civil and not start trying to kill each other over a game people. There is such a thing as disagreeing and debating about an issue without making personal attacks on each other. Any time you start to make an attack on someone's own personal life and what they're doing in it, and on an MMO forum no less, is when you've crossed the line.

i know just i dont like that guy. he is prob wanting something free. He accused you of being me and vice or versa. i mean dont log on another char and get caught. That to me is worse then getting caught in womans underwear trying to be eligant to a man... Ok over the edge, but still!!! ok no still, i shouldnt have gone that way. Just dont log on an alt account and try to pretend to be someone else and get caught...i mean cmon!


not my best moment but i worked in tech support for a while and people like this that place blame in the wrong place cause they just arent, there enough, to understand drive me nuts. They think others arent as smart as them and the people helping them are sitting there laughing about them in the office cause they are the punch line of "that customer".

I would much rather people like that realize their short-falls and work to cover that ground or refrain from posting like they think they know better.

Like an 80 year old that just got internet connection trying to tell a network engineer what is "fast enough"



which btw if some customer layed it down on a customer like i would as an employee, i would want to buy the guy/gal a drink. However wouldnt post anything like that on the forums

you make no sense... 1 i filed a ticket. (i find it pointless) Reason it's pointless is sale will be over long before i receive diamonds. is this to hard to comprehend? 2. Rom has never given the sale item to me or anyone i know at sale price after sale ends. Even though diamonds were bought that day for the sale. So again pointless. The whole point is the fact that all i did was waste money. for something that now will not be on sale again for another month or two. but i understand you can't comprehend that.

My question now is: did you finally get in game the diamonds you bought? If so, how long after having bought them?

I bought 2 x 20 dollars worth of diamonds starting yesterday at 13:03PDT according to Paypal It is now 05:40PDT and I still have not received either set of 505 diamonds.Wrote 2 support tickets still no response to those and i am getting more and more aggravated as time moves forward. @zidlef Relogging does not help i have logged in and out multiple times
