Runes of Magic US / AU

There must be a fix for this. I have 400 earth element from this event and 170 wind from the last one, so I'm not terribly slacking here. At some point, when it is apparent playing by chance fails, there needs to be an override. I have spent a lot of time, every day doing events to trade for a tiny chance at getting a pet with almost nothing to show for it. My angst is assuaged a bit when I get guild or some other portal stone. The tp orb for pet was pretty nice, but IV runes? common, may as well give us link runes and a message in our mailbox that just reads: "SUCKER!"

Perhaps put an OR statement in there somewhere. 1% chance of gaining an elemental stone OR once achieving 500 element of the same type. IDK, that's my thoughts. But those common drops of IV runes is really a kick in the groin when u get those. Oof.
