How about responding to tickets once in a while?

It's been a week and a half and nobody from gameforge bothered to reply to my complaint about their broken promise. Back around Feb 25 I got an email from gameforge (definitely from them)i saying that if I changed my password by the end of the month I would get a free daily quest reset ticket. Well, I changed my password but got no ticket, and neither did several other people I talked to in the game. In fact, most people did not get their tickets.

It's quite arrogant to make a promise and then break it, and not even bother to respond to complaints.

So next time I won't even bother to read gameforge's spam; I will just delete their messages because they are all lies anyway.

At least when frogster ran the game they kept their promises and would respond to tickets, even if it wasn't always a helpful response. Gameforge is a cut below.

thanks for your feedback.
What I can tell you is that our Support team currently has an usual big amounts of ticktes to work on, so maybe that's why they're slowed down a little.

For the Daily Quest Reset Tickets on the other Hand I can tell you that you'll get it.
We had some delays there due to technical issues. This has been solved and tickets are now being sent out. So you should receive your DQTicket soonish.
