Has anyone gotten this card with the free spin? or do u have to pay diamonds to get a chance at it?

Today my free spin stopped on the Card, but when I started cheering... into my bag popped the fireworks package.

I got it on free spin the second day, got the title the spin after for diamonds and have gotten nothing but fireworks and transports since

It is rare, but I got it. Other people on server too. One person reported that spin stopped at card, but the card did not drop into his bag, and his history is blank for that day. And, yes, the free spin was used up.
