I was thinking the same thing, saw your thread just as i was about to make my own. The only time they can come up with anything good is when its a joke, I see more attention to detail here than an actual announcement and patch notes. Which was the give away besides the obvious date.

I would however love to be the one with the pie in the face if this turns out to be real, and its a reverse april's fool joke of sorts.

I have no problem with them making an April Fool's joke, but I am bummed because some of it seems like a good idea. I have zero interest in the "new" classes or race but I really want another zone to level my secondary class from 55 to 75. That alone would make me a regular player instead of an occasional one. Oh well.

That is EXACTLY what i was thinking.

new race- ok for a fools
new classes- ok for a fools
new instances- maybe ok for a fools
New leveling zone- not cool. They know there isnt enough quests to go from 55-75 on more then one class, let alone 3 without doing dailies for months or buying tickets.

I knew it was a joke when i opened it. However, when i saw that a new zone was a "joke" to GF, it kinda made my heart sink.

"There isn't enough quests" purely because we tend to rush around and get ourselves to level cap within hours of new content being released. If we take our time, do 10 or so quests per day along with our 10 dailies, we'd find that there is plenty of quests to easily level 2 classes. I will agree that the third poses a challenge, though. But then, who says you must have a third anyway?

The improvements to the 45-55 quests back in June were a fantastic idea and the recent changes to 55-65 with more changes to 45-55 were very welcome.

Take a look at my signature & you'll see I have many characters.

Each character has been levelled in roughly the same way to 55:
- Class 1 used Howling Mountains to Dust Devil Canyon to reach 50;
- Class 2 used Sascilia Steppes, Dragonfang Ridge, Ystra Labyrinth & many Dailies and then Ravenfell to reach 50.

After 50:
- Class 1 used Weeping Coast & Aotulia Volcano to reach 55;
- Class 2 used the Weeping Coast epic chain & Savage Lands to reach 55.

From 55 onwards, the main chain can be done on one class leaving all side quests for a second class. It's at this stage that slowing down becomes massively important. Don't rush to get to the level cap - take your time, enjoy the massive opportunities to enhance your characters that RoM provides.

No, literarly you have enough XP (excluding dailies) only for 1 class in game. Other 2 are left to level with dailies, as you suggested, and I am as everyone else as well sick of fly raid...

If you knew or understood that it was a joke, why did you post a thread or respond here? Or is this just another knee-jerk reaction? So many of you are infected with that particular disease. I suppose that it's resistant to treatment with most antibiotics...

Just to rile up the Constant Complainers.

Please go away until you can afford to buy a sense of humor. I understand Walmart has rolled the price back.

So because I got trolled thinking that it was an early announcement for an upcoming content release, I lack a sense of humor. Ok. What I don't like is the fact they absolutely knew that some of the features are thing's that would be awesome for a content release. In fact it makes them look even worse trying to pitch to us..3 maps all level appropriate for everyone, new instances for everyone. Instead whatever amount of time it took them to get a laugh AT us, could of been made trying to get us to not laugh AT them. You know when they fail to sell their game on a weekly basis and/or on holidays specific to certain countries.

So yea I guess it's something we need to learn, a sense of humor when dealing with anything these people toss at us. Even funnier, haha, is that we will reflect upon the pitch when we get 1 chapter 6 map with unfinished textures, sys_0019241 names and broken quests to boot. It's all funny, hilarious in fact.

Yes the "upgraded exp" is good for anyone who hasnt been around as long as some of us have. We had used them and done them LONG ago.

Makes it a poor arguement to use something that only recently happened as any proof that the problem doesnt exist. I have do my dailies every day, I still have some of crystalia left and more then half MT left... however my priest is 70 and warrior is 62. Yes i have run lots of dialies on the mage.

A level 60-70 zone would be useful for most.

I'm more amazed how butthurt some people get over an April Fool's joke.

Funnier thing is the fact that it said April 31/13 last time i check April only had 30 days in it. They even screw up April Fools jokes. Reason why i say GF is run by idoits.
