Mistakes/Bugs that were corrected


Skill bugs and changes:
Scout/Warden Elite Skill [Charged Chop] (494336): This skill is no longer an instant skill but has a casting time of 1 second. Knockdown time decreases from 3 seconds to 2 seconds.
Warrior/Mage Elite Skill [Lightning Burn Weapon]: Players can now correctly receive the accuracy bonus of the Electric Attack.
Rogue/Mage Elite Skill [Vengeance Sting]: Players will no longer themselves be hit by the Reflected Damage.




Skill tooltip adjustments:
Rogue/Mage Elite Skill [Illusion Blade Dance] (497205): Tooltip reads now:
After this is cast, you enter a Illusion Blade Dance state that lasts for 30 seconds. It will also cause 100,0% projectile DPS + 1,00 x Projectile Damage physical damage to surrounding enemies every 2 seconds. While in effect, it also increases Physical Attack Speed by 2,0% and critical damage by 5,0%.
(Consumes 10 projectiles.)
The maximum level of this skill is 50.
Rogue/Mage Elite Skill [Day of Rain] (491183): Tooltip reads now:
Launches a projectile at all surrounding enemies and causes 100,0% projectile DPS + 1,00 x Projectile Damage physical damage. Every time Throw is used, the skill's cooldown time can be reduced by 1 second. If Enchanted Throw is used in conjunction, then it only has a 50% hit rate.
(Consumes 2 projectiles.)
Rogue/Mage Elite Skill [Combo Throw] (491187): Tooltip reads now:
Continuously throws 2 projectiles at a time. Each projectile causes 50% main hand weapon DPS + 1,00 x Projectile Damage physical damage.

Magic Cavies:
Fixed the issue that players killing monsters in the Yrvandis Hollows did have no chance of Magic Cavies or Golden Magic Cavies to be generated.
Adjustment of the Magic Cavy pet egg levels for all zones. When players kill monsters in a higher level monster area they will also have a chance of receiving higher level pet eggs.




Fixed the issue that the quest NPC in the main story quest “Missing Loub” in Chrysalia did not show up correctly after the plot scene was carried out:
When players triggered the plot scene they were to be given an important keyitem so they would see the quest NPC. However because of the timing some players did not receive the keyitem so that the game client could not display the quest NPC. The timing has now been changed to avoid this problem.
Players could not see the main story quest NPC since they had not received the keyitem. Now next time players will log back in they will be given the keyitem so they can continue the quest line.




The required amount of the quest item for completing the quest “Bat Saliva“ has been adjusted to correspond with the amount given in the quest description: 9 doses of Leeching Bat Salive are required.




The event NPC dialog in the Masked Ball event “The Truth Under the Mask” now displays the correct numbers.




Mahler Palo from the Goblin Mines has recently fixed all of the treasure chests in the Mines. His intention is to say: Only warriors that are qualified for the challenge can open the treasure chests.




Adjustments to the Goblin Mines :
Fixed the issue by which a player would not transform into a goblin after finishing the loading screen, given that he had entered the Goblin Mines in a group of at least 2 people and another player of the group had already accepted the challenge while the player himself had still been in the loading screen interface.
Fixed the issue that players could not click on the treasure chest of the third checkpoint furnace given that they had gone offline or left the Goblin Mines while the progress bar for opening the treasure chest was still loading.
Mahler Palo (112651) has spent many years to finally find out how to open the treasure chests in front of the elemental furnaces. First of all the “warriors must enter the Goblin Mines and accept the challenge yet before the treasure chest at the third checkpoint appears, since only then will they be able to open the assigned elemental treasure chests.” Furthermore “warriors opening the treasure chests whose primary class is at least level 50 receive additional Phirius Shells (240181) which the judges have placed in the treasure chests beforehand.”
Mahler Palo has decided to provide this information to every warrior accepting the challenge. When the treasure chest at the third checkpoint appears he will give a reminder as to which warrior is qualified to open the assigned elemental treasure chests. When warriors with a primary class of at least level 50 open a treasure chest he will point out the Phirius Shells (240181) to be received.






Fixed the issue that players in Ancient Treasures (Zone 355) could no longer click on any treasure chests given that they had clicked on a treasure chest while the progress bar for opening another treasure chest was still loading.






Fixed the issue by which players could not receive their rewards given that they opened the event packages, pet boxes, and Mounts in a bag when the festival event had already ended.

Additional notes:

• The following issues that came up when players clicked on the Castle Gate Construction Point (113200) in the Siege War (Zone 402) have been fixed:


1. Fixed the issue by which for players that had confirmed construction in the dialog window – though having the required amount of Merits but not enough Crystals or otherwise having the required amount of Crystals but not enough Merits – clicking on any building would no longer result in any response.



2. The Crystals and Merits required for construction of the Castle Gate will now be deducted after the construction has been finished and not beforehand .

Wouldn't quite say they fixed r/m but updated the tooltips to reflect the damage the skills are actually doing (note how both say projectile damage and not mainhand)
A real sysadmin knows how to change the time.
If you make the same mistake while trying to make up for the previous one, you are doing something wrong.

As much as I'd love to say I offer consulting services, the scope of things broken is too large.

Since when was S/Wd a mistake/bug? Or is it just another unannounced nerf to adhere to the occasional QQ about the knockdown effect? Charged Chop is a 'Warden General Skill' with no casting time and a 1 second CD, I can understand a 15 second cooldown to compensate for turning it into a ranged skill (rendering it a non-spammable skill), however the 1 second cast is just unnecessary.

Has it ever occurred to RW that NOT all S/Wd play S/Wd for SW? Has scouts not being nerfed enough since end of Chapter 3?


I barely get to DPS as it is, due to my D/S being more required for PVE than my S/Wd. SW I turn up as D/Wd since hardly any of our healers want to heal in SW....thanks for another nerf...like a 15 second cooldown wasn't long enough, a 1 second cast HAD to be implemented...GG >.>

I seem to remember the r/m elite skill actually making combo throw, throw FOUR projectiles instead of 2... sad thing is these 2 projectiles will probably do more dmg individually than the previous 4 projectiles together :/

Question is "How high". I stopped my pet at 50 because it is prohibitively expensive to train with no high level eggs. Even 50 was only really possible because of the golden eggs Owenstein, before they were bound. Does that mean I can continue?

Do I read this correctly that this is just cosmetic changes about messages given and couple bug fixes? It is lil confusing.

Will be interesting to see. I have been wondering over the last couple of months why the highest level eggs I've been able to pull from Medhrin Tundra and associated areas was a level 5 egg.. Really hoping to see some (much) higher level ones.

It's 2 projectiles at a time, twice thrown = 4 Projectiles total. It effectively doubles the damage on Combo Throw. There's no issue here.

Well, it's now a few minutes after 8:00AM PST and the servers appear to still be down for maintenance, so there may have been "issues" sever-side.:rolleyes: Yeah, pretty typical for a shoe-string operation like GameForge's NA/Oceana operation, which means no game-play for a while longer, however long that ends up being.:rolleyes: Every time there's a patch, there's always the risk of something wonky happening, to delay the restart of the servers, especially with such a small operation as GF NA/Oceana.:rolleyes: Nothing to do but sit back, relax, find something else to do/play, and check back every so often until the servers go live, and the patch is finally applied.;)

Unless I miss my guess, I think the gender restriction was only removed from the packages themselves, not the costume pieces within. This means that you can now buy the package on a male character, open it, and use the contents to dress your female housekeepers. Previously, you'd buy the package and then have to contact Support.

Wonder why they don't make my other class combo (R/M) to work with mage gear. (would make sense... like W/M :D)

Mostly good fixes this patch, great to hear some adjustment on pet eggz... in time I really need to finish growing baby rustyx. :D (he hungry all the time)

Wonder what were fixes to Snoop system...
