The change to S/Wd Charged Chop makes sense. For a skill that powerful, it really should have a cast timer. Look at how powerful Snipe is in comparison and it has a 3 second cast time.

and i agree, them nerfing anything due to pvp is not right.

Big shame is, i remember there was something in the dmg/healing formula for cast time, which was a reason gh healed so much (or i might be losing it). It is a shame that this will probably not increase the dmg, as an offset of the 1 second cast.

Edit to add, that is a you owned them, not a you were owned. Wanted to clarify

The way I am looking at the R/M changes, I think they are a slight buff, but not the ones we were looking for. We wanted the skills to do the correct % main hand weapon DPS that it said on the tooltip (which was completely ignoring that portion.) But now it is changed to % projectile DPS. So at least it will add some more damage to them right?

Obviously the vengeance sting no longer killing us is a nice thing.

I don't understand the change to Combo Throw. The elite 'Life Rope Throw' wasn't changed so it should still throw 4 projectiles, but the skill itself says that it "Continuously throws 2 projectiles at a time."

Still don't see fix to the damage dealt by the actual proc of enchanted throw or "Create Opportunity" where it would not proc enchanted throw at all when used. Maybe they were undocumented changes, hopefully for the better.

instead of looking at what the description says why not compare, s/wd chargechop in pvp or pve doesn't even hit close to wut a wd/w, wd/r or wd/s can hit and their chargechop is spammable and instant with 1 second cd s/wd chargechop is 1sec cast time with 15sec cd and is weaker.... and with all the *lag* and other *programs* that are used in siege war I don't think it being ranged is a good enough reason to have it made so gimp.

BTW, this Spring Rain festival guide seems to be very thorough, although probably outdated. Each year RW adds a new event to old festivals, so some of it is going to be moot and some not covered. Still, a good guide.

More than likely it is a situation that i ran into. I bought a female costume package with my male toon, for the sole reason that that was the toon I was on; with the intention of dropping the pieces into my magic wardrobe. Imagine my disappointment when I found i could not even open the package because I was the wrong sex. Unfortunately, I also threw the package away after finding this out. I suppose i could contact support and say, see I bought this package, but it is not longer in my inventory.......but meh.

can they give druids an instant atk or reduce casting time to help druids dps a little we have no dps and get killed in sw by everyone also rock protection need fixing I still get 1shoted when rocked up

Warrior/Mage Elite Skill [Lightning Burn Weapon]: Players can now correctly receive the accuracy bonus of the Electric Attack.
Rogue/Mage Elite Skill [Vengeance Sting]: Players will no longer themselves be hit by the Reflected Damage.




Skill tooltip adjustments:
Rogue/Mage Elite Skill [Illusion Blade Dance] (497205): Tooltip reads now:
After this is cast, you enter a Illusion Blade Dance state that lasts for 30 seconds. It will also cause 100,0% projectile DPS + 1,00 x Projectile Damage physical damage to surrounding enemies every 2 seconds. While in effect, it also increases Physical Attack Speed by 2,0% and critical damage by 5,0%.
(Consumes 10 projectiles.)
The maximum level of this skill is 50.
Rogue/Mage Elite Skill [Day of Rain] (491183): Tooltip reads now:
Launches a projectile at all surrounding enemies and causes 100,0% projectile DPS + 1,00 x Projectile Damage physical damage. Every time Throw is used, the skill's cooldown time can be reduced by 1 second. If Enchanted Throw is used in conjunction, then it only has a 50% hit rate.
(Consumes 2 projectiles.)
Rogue/Mage Elite Skill [Combo Throw] (491187): Tooltip reads now:
Continuously throws 2 projectiles at a time. Each projectile causes 50% main hand weapon DPS + 1,00 x Projectile Damage physical damage.

Magic Cavies:
Fixed the issue that players killing monsters in the Yrvandis Hollows did have no chance of Magic Cavies or Golden Magic Cavies to be generated.
Adjustment of the Magic Cavy pet egg levels for all zones. When players kill monsters in a higher level monster area they will also have a chance of receiving higher level pet eggs.




Fixed the issue that the quest NPC in the main story quest “Missing Loub” in Chrysalia did not show up correctly after the plot scene was carried out:
When players triggered the plot scene they were to be given an important keyitem so they would see the quest NPC. However because of the timing some players did not receive the keyitem so that the game client could not display the quest NPC. The timing has now been changed to avoid this problem.
Players could not see the main story quest NPC since they had not received the keyitem. Now next time players will log back in they will be given the keyitem so they can continue the quest line.




The required amount of the quest item for completing the quest “Bat Saliva“ has been adjusted to correspond with the amount given in the quest description: 9 doses of Leeching Bat Salive are required.




The event NPC dialog in the Masked Ball event “The Truth Under the Mask” now displays the correct numbers.




Mahler Palo from the Goblin Mines has recently fixed all of the treasure chests in the Mines. His intention is to say: Only warriors that are qualified for the challenge can open the treasure chests.




Adjustments to the Goblin Mines :
Fixed the issue by which a player would not transform into a goblin after finishing the loading screen, given that he had entered the Goblin Mines in a group of at least 2 people and another player of the group had already accepted the challenge while the player himself had still been in the loading screen interface.
Fixed the issue that players could not click on the treasure chest of the third checkpoint furnace given that they had gone offline or left the Goblin Mines while the progress bar for opening the treasure chest was still loading.
Mahler Palo (112651) has spent many years to finally find out how to open the treasure chests in front of the elemental furnaces. First of all the “warriors must enter the Goblin Mines and accept the challenge yet before the treasure chest at the third checkpoint appears, since only then will they be able to open the assigned elemental treasure chests.” Furthermore “warriors opening the treasure chests whose primary class is at least level 50 receive additional Phirius Shells (240181) which the judges have placed in the treasure chests beforehand.”
Mahler Palo has decided to provide this information to every warrior accepting the challenge. When the treasure chest at the third checkpoint appears he will give a reminder as to which warrior is qualified to open the assigned elemental treasure chests. When warriors with a primary class of at least level 50 open a treasure chest he will point out the Phirius Shells (240181) to be received.






Fixed the issue that players in Ancient Treasures (Zone 355) could no longer click on any treasure chests given that they had clicked on a treasure chest while the progress bar for opening another treasure chest was still loading.






Fixed the issue by which players could not receive their rewards given that they opened the event packages, pet boxes, and Mounts in a bag when the festival event had already ended.

Fixed the issue by which for players that had confirmed construction in the dialog window – though having the required amount of Merits but not enough Crystals or otherwise having the required amount of Crystals but not enough Merits – clicking on any building would no longer result in any response.



2. The Crystals and Merits required for construction of the Castle Gate will now be deducted after the construction has been finished and not beforehand .[/QUOTE]

No. Please don't touch druids.

We don't need any more attack skills. If you want to kill people, stat matk. No need for any additional dps skills.

Impossible to get 1 shot through rock prot unless you have 70k hp. Its 99% damage reduction, you're not invincible, get used to it.

This is a problem with siege lag, not your skill. Numerous times I have been killed when I should be protected by holy aura or hoto. The server already list you as getting hit, which kills you. The info just hasnt reached your client yet, so you attempt your protection. But when the server info comes thru, it trumps your client info and you get killed, and in addition you still get the cd. yeah, sucks to be us.

Looks like a pretty good patch overall, especially the fixing of r/m and bringing ranged chop down a few keys. Maybe now our r/m's wont suicide by being hit by electrics, lol.

Cant wait for people to ask for low blow to have a 1s cast time.
