If only there was ever a group to run anything...
But there is not, and I'm bored.
Imo, I just with they would advertise this game, Govinda is pretty much dead now. I miss sieges with 15 people from each side fighting at a mid tower and all the massive lag fest (from 30 people total and a million flame towers). The sad 3-4 people fighting at a mid now doesn't even feel like a war anymore, its more like playfighting...
Osha's pretty much the same, though we have a lot of active siegers. I really miss chapter 3...the game seemed so much more alive back then. Server seems so barren now.
Tbh I could care less about yet another endgame instance. Truth of the matter is, unless your guild can run those instances (and I have nothing against those who do), your normal routine consists of endlessly repetitive dailies/minigames/siege. I do think RoM has a lot of potential, and it is a fun game, but when chapter 4 hit, it brought with it a grind that was both great and terrible. Great that people who can't run endgame can gear up with enough effort...not so great that it takes months of grinding the same minigames/KS/dogs/etc to get there. Most will quit before they do.
Yes, a new instance will make endgamers happy, but it won't fix the grind for the other 90%. If PUGs were still common, as they were in chapter 3, it wouldn't be such a grind, but they haven't been common since early in chapter 4. They really need to re-evaluate the system that they've got going on. The CS combined with the minigame grind turns most players away, and I don't blame them, but it is slowly killing the game...at least for the less-populated servers.
I guess a new chapter will be nice, if it actually brings more than just a level cap raise and a new instance, but since they won't even fix their damn caster weapons, really don't think we have much to look forward to.
Also, I miss when they actually used to tell us ahead of time that a content patch was coming. RIP Frogster.
