Is support run by bots?

I recommend that real live people work in support. Each time I send in a report about bots in-game, I get the same reply verbatim. And of course there is no result. Weeks later the same bot is still there. You can even turn the bot into a rabbit for 2 minutes and there is not any sign of a person at the keyboard.
