Don't get why they didn't put it back as soon as that festival was over....could only bug it by doing that specific halloween event then going to drill ground...

Oh well what a great answer on this one, really had to go there?? support?? what support?

Didn't they fix that on other servers so you could not exploit the damn thing in siege? We spent ressources to get it, leveled it up to level IV, now have to level it again for next upgrades, but heaven helps us you would fix or attemp to get an answer for those who work hard on their guild castles ;-(

I hear you, when they removed it ours was lvl VI and we upgraded it to VII since then, really was sure it would be back by now, thinking might have just wasted resources now :<

Well just funny that the answer know when they don' want to give one, is write a ticket , lolll, to who?? there is no one there at support anymore. Or whoever is there doesn'T care about ROM and don't even know about the game.

The most stupid answer you can ever get :

We sorry, we cannot reproduce the error you have mentionned, have a nice day. If you ever have more information for us to help you refile this ticket please do so.

So basicly we don't give a crap and don't know crap. But if you can fix it tell us how because we have no clue nor do we care, have a nice day.

It's their job to get stuff fixed and are asking players to figure it out. Next time read and understand what the contract you are signing says, before signing the damn thing. Aren't you supposed to have lawyers reading the damn things before apposing a signature? the russian sure did with theirs.

Gimme a try:
We won't activate drill ground as long it does not work intended. There is no ETA for this issue. We forwarded it to the developer, will get a patch and fix it. No fix = drill ground will stay deactivated.
Same for the Hackman, or does anyone really mean a zone crash isn't a problem?

My try to give the most stupid answer, but the truth sounds often stupid and hurts. As far I know this is also intended :(

I do also often poke our QA with this topic like you ask us, to ask isn't the problem ;)
