Oh come on, you can't expect any other.

We have a customer support for answering by support portal or to be sheriff on the server in an urgent case. All of them do not only support one server or one country. They support their language. Your suggestion would result in a decrease of customer support staff members for the US and no, that's not a thing you have to decide and most players would miss them.
