Fix what? The way it sounds is that it is a new bug, but it is not clear. And if you think saying same thing 30 or 40 times is not complaining, I'd like to introduce you to my 5 year old. Of course, he grew out of that shortly thereafter; hopefully the same thing will happen to OPie.

i can confirm. i have had ITEM SHOP jewel take away the +1 on all slots... armor, weapon, accessory. i have also had it take a +7 down to +5. it has been this way ever since chapter 5.

If so, file a bug report & open a Ticket with Customer Support. Be calm and polite, giving them as much detail as you can - date & time, name of jewel, name of item, screenshot (if you have it), etc.

I cannot help you & neither can the other Mentors or CM team - all we can do is point you to the people that can help. I would urge you to reconsider & inform Customer Support.
