Fix your jewels.

Taking 110% of my effort to not be vulgar in this post.

Fix your jewels. +1 is 100% success? I think not. Because effortlessly trying to increase my gear by using your cash shop bonus I've thrown my money at you to... fail utterly, and completely.

+1, fail, fail, fail level dropped to nothing.

Fix your jewels.
Fix your jewels.
Fix your jewels.
Fix your jewels.

A little less whining and a little more explanation would help this thread immesurably. Is one of the jewels now taking off the +1 or +7 or +13 level?

Actually they dropped success rate in all of them, most times take 20 jewes for whatever category to get it +5 if your lucky enough. Last time I paid 65 diamonds to take my cape from +10 to +8. Isn't this odd?

The fail rate we can live with but the real problem is the jewels are currently more likely to cause your + to fall than to rise.

I still havent upgraded to new gear since last year, jewels being the main reason. I wont even bother statting and drilling any new gear unless refining gets changed, I'm working with a pretty low level member base in my guild so i have no need to worry about getting better until they reach my level. Should be good till the end of the year still. Remove the level drop on refining. Fail is not an issue. and even if they do this dont go raising the cost to compensate. we have enough azholes in the world already.

Guys, there are plenty of whining threads about jewels. That is stupid and boring. Can we focus on what little information there is to be had? The key sentence here is:

Quoted

+1, fail, fail, fail level dropped to nothing.

If so, it is a bug. Only vendor jewels are supposed to drop the first level in each range of 1-6, 7-12 and 13-16. Is that what happened here?

It is all there.

He is simply asking them to fix their jewels. I did not get any complaining out of this thread.

Don't worry your pretty little head about it. I am sure someone more skilled than me in gibberish-to-English translation will be by soon.

Fix what? The way it sounds is that it is a new bug, but it is not clear. And if you think saying same thing 30 or 40 times is not complaining, I'd like to introduce you to my 5 year old. Of course, he grew out of that shortly thereafter; hopefully the same thing will happen to OPie.

Gibberish is something that cannot be understood and/or completely random.

Everyone else understands.

This is my first time bringing up the issue. Find a new arguement.

So, is it correct then that the item shop jewel can take the first level of plussing off an item? Vendor jewels could always do that, item shop not. If so, which level? +1, +7 or +13? It sounds like +1, but it is not clear. Then the question is - which slot. Weapons, armor, accessories? And the final one - have you noticed perhaps a forum for reporting bugs? If this is a bug (and if so, a new one), I see remarkable lack of posting a thread reporting the details.

*sigh*

i can confirm. i have had ITEM SHOP jewel take away the +1 on all slots... armor, weapon, accessory. i have also had it take a +7 down to +5. it has been this way ever since chapter 5.

Yikes. Thanks for confirmation and making it clear. I never heard of that happening, but yes, that is a bug. Fails are never supposed to take off the first plussing in a range, much less push the item to a previous range.

So, Item Shop jewels made your item go +1; stay +1; stay +1 and then drop back to 0?

If so, file a bug report & open a Ticket with Customer Support. Be calm and polite, giving them as much detail as you can - date & time, name of jewel, name of item, screenshot (if you have it), etc.

Never saw IS jewel go to 0, but the major population complain is, when the lvl 80 jewels were first introduced the fail rate was like 1/10 attempts and mostly never dropped level. Now seems that fail rate has got to 7/10 or even 8/10 with chance of gem simply do nothing or drop level. So on the main complain thing, seems raise IS prices was not enough.

Well it seems also that if you use level 80 plussing on level 80 gear, you are more likely to get more fails. 3 pieces of gear and i needed 46 to get them to +5 on all 3, then used perfect to finish. From +7 to +12 needed 37 to +12 and then +13 to +16, used up 28 to get all 3 pieces to +15 and stopped since the fail rate was just being stupid as usual. It's all about GREED!!!!!!

Now they will probably get us level 90 jewels and then remove them to be replaced with level 100 and stay stuck with a bunch of jewels. Hope you guys actually put level 100 jewels next on sale, maybe we might get a little more luck and less QQ.

That is correct. I figured it was self explanitory with the description of "+1 is 100%" as only IS jewels have that in the description.

I'm not wasting my time on that, and i'm not exceeding my effort to be calm and polite.

It took too much out of me just to make the OP as polite as possible. I'm outraged, it might not show, but i'm downright - the - off.

This is bullspit.
