Whether you choose to believe it or not, the Bug Reports, when they're properly written, do get read and reported from our forums.
As for the correct format for bug reports, whether they're on the US or EU Bug Report forums, refer to the template posted by Roeksha here: http://forum.us.runesofmagic.com/showthread.php?t=67775
And pay attention to his statement that if the report isn't submitted using that template, the report will be ignored.
Thanks for your cooperation.
(We don't get enough of those jokes anymore nowadays). Explains a whole lot about where all the feedback goes lol.

Screw it lol. I can live with the bugs. I dont have a problem with anything anyways, I'm F2p so cant complain.

way to notice a 2+ year old standard practice in the middle of 2013 and make a QQ thread about it, are you kidding me?
hypocrite much?

Ruisen, you are so wrong. The appropriate way to report problems is posting barely readable rants on discussion forum. Bonus effectiveness if it is not completely clear what the problem is; and if you really want it to work, stress that you could've posted much worse message, but barely contained yourself. That will work for sure.
), but "TIL after 2 years that nothing ever gets fixed because GF wants a template filled out and noone gave a F about it" ? seriously?

It should be called "People are too stupid to read" instead.
Instead of reading the actual forums top people just bump the threads complaining "hey we did not get a blue post here" after one page of "this is bad and everything" whining and trolling instead of a bug report - happens often enough in these threads.
So, nothing gets fixed because they ask for a totally unreasonable bug report template which noone in the bug report forum gives a single F about and spams and bumps everything because that totally helps and does not clutter the subsection with crap and then after 2 years we come to complain that the reason is not that people are too stupid to read or not giving a F to put any effort into a consistent report or even not enough support/QA staff but that they asked for a template which makes their job easier and helps to save a bit time!!!!1
....
this is the way it works:
1 spam the bug report section ignoring the template for 1.5 years
2 spam even more by bumping twice a week for not getting a blue reply to YOUR problem because that of course is the most important one
3 spam even more because you STILL did not get anything replied to, fixed, or forwarded because of 1+2
4 create threads about it which isolate the bug report template which people choose to ignore in the first place as the problem
YAY!
And btw not everything unreplied IS actually never acknowledged, read, forwarded or whatever. Its just x times the amount of work to keep every damn thread updated , let alone filter all the duplicates.
Getting the stuff to the actual QA and RW has a higher priority than replying to "but i want my blue post NAOW!!!!!111... Where is MY blue post!!?!?!?!1111" (1 day later...) "BUMP because i dont see a bluepost!!!!1111" ... (<- you're surely not getting a bluepost this way smart..., and your thread has just been moved to the end of the queue because you are too stupid to read)
That said, RW is still to blame for a whole lot of sh.t thats not getting fixed in a timely manner (quest line bugs come to mind but hey GF can sell more DQ tickets), but "TIL after 2 years that nothing ever gets fixed because GF wants a template filled out and noone gave a F about it" ? seriously?

Exactly. People coming to the forums to enact any form of change... is ridiculous. Expecting any type of response from someone on the forums... about anything. Is just the wrong way to go about. Even in other games, going to the forum to blare your problems is futile. That is why I don't get why people feel it is now the proper way to go about things. Might as well just waste your time, once you make your forum post. I have said this in other threads too.

Reworded post and topic the change the tone. I wasn't intending to QQ or enact any changes (at this point, I don't really care anymore). Just noted something which I thought was pretty amusing, since it made the old Recycle Bin Department jokes more true than I ever knew.
That more kicked me into posting. I did notice/remember the "recycling bin" jest. Don't take my raging personally, actually if that isn't what you were aiming at, ignore it entirely

These days though, it doesn't matter how you send in a bug report (via the forums or sending a ticket) because no one will ever read it, and it will never get fixed unless it personally affects one of the EU GM team, and they see it for themselves while playing.

The thing is, posting to the forums used to work to get some problems fairly clearly across to the GM team, which in turn would actually forward it to RW. As of now though, no matter how well worded and concise the problem is described, nothing is getting forwarded. I have a thread about a Wl/R elite skill being broken in the bug report section, and who the hell knows if it has even been read, let alone forwarded, due to a lack of any kind of response from the boys in blue.
So berating people for coming to the forums to complain makes no sense, since that was the easiest method in the past. Frogster taught us that it was fine to do that, and it worked faster than sending in a ticket with them. These days though, it doesn't matter how you send in a bug report (via the forums or sending a ticket) because no one will ever read it, and it will never get fixed unless it personally affects one of the EU GM team, and they see it for themselves while playing.
