We need almost a 24 hour rollback for people that don't know

Diamonds selling in the auction house for 500 gold each by the thousandsd=

Gear 55 - 80 selling for 100m to 999m

Rollbacks are usually last resort if the problem cant be solved with some fancy coding. From my point of few, the amount of aeras affected by this hackers exploits, rollback looks like quickest solution. I would be really angry if anyone benifits from this getting tons of gear and thousands of cheap diamonds and with a possibly unrepairable economy.

Well they're off for the night since this is there sleepy time. I'm just happy they are not in charge of a country because millions would die, loll. They should have people who don't need their beauty sleep when there is a crisis. But they have probably no clue what is happening and how to fix it.

I have warned Gameforge since last year to get these individuals banned and their IP's from the game, but noooooo, now see what happens. Just like telling a kid, stop playing with the hammer you will hurt yourself and then boom, daddy i hit my finger, TOLD YA!!!!!

So good luck on resolving this, sad to see you guys letting this go to crap as usual.

Bashing RoM and the company who runs it probably isn't the best way to effect change. The most effective way to do that is likely to contact customer support.

Still, a rollback is necessary for game's well being. Not only are there thousands and thousands of illegitimate diamonds floating around, there are also hundreds of pieces of hacked gear in circulation. Permitting these hacked diamonds to remain in the game ought to discourage people from buying diamonds in the future, permitting the hacked gear and diamonds will discourage current players from continuing to play in a grossly imbalanced world, and the continued delay in resolving the problem is surely dissuading new players from joining the community. (Not to mention the rampant advertising of gold sellers)

Because of the widespread dissemination of these items, the difficulty in tracking them down, and the difficulty in teasing apart real items from the illegitimate, a rollback seems like the only viable solution to restore the game to some degree of normalcy.

I can only speak for myself, I did contact customer support first then came to forums. I have submitted 2 tickets since last night when this first started. I am pretty sure most people did the same since that is the most obvious action to take during something like this.

What I'd worry about is what they'd do. They usually dont fix anything, but when it comes to stuff that hurt their profits (like hacked diamonds), they usually have no problems with fixing the issue... fast.\

But Gameforge being Gameforge, its likely their "solution" will cause more players to quit than any gold spammer ever could
