I haven't tried ancient treasure yet, but ill say even if it is undoable... don't care, cause I can just do andor instead and still get the same shells a day.
This is the point I was making at first, if they wanna make less diamonds go right ahead and keep making changes like this. My gf has already decided it is time to quit, and so have my guildies. Ill still be running dailies, but if they just want to close down the game they had the perfect excuse with the hackers.Did Minis on 2 toons yesterday, and so far, 2 today. Have gotten 30Shells in Andor all 4 times, lowest amount of points I got was 2700ish. And have gotten both "keys" all 4 times so far. The loot upgrades are definitely better then what there was before, although looting/ vendoring gear from Malas helped with buff tower costs everyday. I like that they upgraded the musical instrument package to getting 6 resources from it instead of 2, but why didn't they upgrade the one from Course of Terror too?
As far as Ancient Treasures goes....the agro range on the mobs is way too large. I can see making it so you cant go up and kiss them anymore, but to make it so that you cant even skirt along the walls anymore and run past is just crazy.
I also have to gripe a bit about course of terror, my 76 Priest/ 50 Knight is not oober geared, and it is definitely taking a lot longer to run him through there because the Iron Barricades have more hps, and are elite so you miss more and crit less. I guess I have to make a 3rd side for him and do a dps? This is F'in stupid as well. Change it to be slightly harder, but don't make it impossible for non dps classes to do.
I mostly run ROM solo, so I don't do end game instances for gear/ stats, I rely on doing Minis and getting shells to get stats. With the rate of getting a good stat being like 1 in 4 or 5 lately, and making it now harder to get shells, I think they will push away a lot of casual/ solo players. Isnt that why they added the shells in the first place, to give casual players a chance at gearing up? Not to mention, if I get less stats, i'll be using less Purify stones, so i'll be using less diamonds, ie spending less RL cash on this game. Is that what they are aiming for, to lose more money/ players then they already have?

LOL Rusty, Don't say that too loud, or else they will go in and "adjust" that too, so you don't get anything if you are under like 1500 pts.
I mean really though, they just aren't making a good case for them being a bad gaming company. My gf wondered what the office where the servers are looked like. I told her it is probably a room they rent off of someone else, and they have 1 server guy there, with a fold out card table sitting there playing solitaire

Yeah, I forgot those useless mimics and they also added a new miniboss for the water furnace, didn't got the name, my advise is, if you're bringing an alt leave him / her way behind before you enter the circle, because when you hit the fist mob of water elemental, all of them will aggro on you or even in your alt if is in range, and there are a lot of them. On me almost no damage at all, but who knows how new alts are geared then.
To answer your earlier question also, no it doesn't take any more to kill the mobs, 1-2 purgs and they're dead, problem is for me it takes much more mana for each purg than it used to. Like I said in my original post I've got 30k and at most previous to this patch I would use 15k constantly purg'ing everything. Now I actually have to pot and regen, nothing changed as far as the difficulty, just the mana cost inside.Can anyone post a screenie? Really want to see the new and improved Gobs with mobs drastically increased. Maybe people will start showing mages more love now, since our T-storm has no cap on how much mobs it can hitand they considerable increased the ammount of mobs, is almost like a free tosh powerlvl free, since even if mobs are lvl 80 for me, they're still 1.1K HP. One AoE lots of exp / tp![]()

problem is for me it takes much more mana for each purg than it used to. Like I said in my original post I've got 30k and at most previous to this patch I would use 15k constantly purg'ing everything. Now I actually have to pot and regen, nothing changed as far as the difficulty, just the mana cost inside.
Tstorm does actually have a cap... as does purg. You figure that out when you're ToSh bug farming for hours on end :pCan anyone post a screenie? Though there's always the mana phirius pots you get millions of from gobs, so I'm not too concerned abut mana, have like 10 stacks of them pots.
