I used to see em but not anymore since new mini game update.

I used to get steel nails a lot, so much in fact I usually didn't keep them. However, now I find there are none in the ah, and none of my chars have gotten any doing the mini games. EIther I was getting them from somewhere else, and just didn't remember, or the new mini games makes it so they don't drop anymore. Did the minis on a 53 a few days and still didn't get any. Anyone seen them since the minigame update?

they used to drop before the recent update though, or so I thought. Have you seen any of them since the update? Am I correct it was the mini-games? Was it instances instead. That really didn't help out at all.

I haven't seen them since the update, then again I haven't tried running on a lower level character. But yes, you are right, they came from the furnace chests at the end of Goblin Mine (level 40-49 I believe).

you used to get them randomly from the package for doing the guild daily. dunno if they changed that too

Yeah, L50 party is probably only way to get those mats. Now, hero pot recipes... they didn't drop anywhere but goblin games. Now not anymore. There are tons of them on toons, sure, but still... important recipe.

yeah I am working now on gearing up a level 40 with two stat stones and such to be able to run it consistently, then it will be plevel a few chars to drag behind
