Help!

Crafting Glitched. Help!







Let me start by saying that the Crafting forum is locked for some reason, so I am posting here.



I can't get the quests to get crafting over 40. Ive gone to every NPC
that could have the quests. I even dropped skills to 20 that I thought
may have been getting in the way. Its not the problem. How do I either
fix this glitch, or drop all crafts to 0? I put in a ticket about it,
but dont want to wait 3 months for a response that will make me want to
fly to Germany and "fix it my way".
