s/r has damage buff (exploiting shot) as well as pdef reduction (sapping arrow) so debuff wise, s/r > s/w

and the scout discussion is relevant to a scout video I posted, Rusty.

Actually that s/r dps isn't bad at all, viable at endgame still, but not "the best"

but it doesn't need to be the best. At least it brings more variety into endgame unless people still don't invite scouts?

and @Blank, does anyone even play w/s?

BB, allow me to you some advice friend.
Try this for your s/r combo ->

(If you can) start by practicing being the first one hitting the boss. With snipe. (this is pretty huge)

You should really start buffing way earlier than what you do. Blood arrow should be the first thing you put on as far as "poppin' CD's".

Try, Snipe -> sapping -> engage autoshot + shot -> combo shot -> (Option A1 [you crit with shot]) vampire arrow -> snake poison bite -> weak spot -> mana drain shot -> shot/WA -> continue with any of the skills between first shot and last shot(/WA) immediately after CD is finished.

Option B2, use shot until exploiting shot procs
Option C6 (the boss you are fighting spawns mobs)

Prioritize piercing arrow and reflected shot.
S/r has a lot more group target potential than most scouts. With the upgraded PA and Reflected you can increase your deeps by doin this.

well because the warriors left all play w/wd.. I don't even see w/k's anymore,, which they're still fairly decent in pvp.

and since w/r hasn't been effective since ch4, I havent seen on of those either,.

Our guildie tried w/s in grotto, he did highest damage all bosses i think. Slash was hitting 5.6kk, OF 5kk, probing 3.5kk. He buffed 195k pdmg and around 450k patt at burst. Sadly I got no screens or video as I wasn't in run and I just know what he told me in TS.

let us know if he tries higher than grotto because apologies but grotto HM isn't saying much. Cant see w/s being the highest dps if fight is longer than 10s though and that seems like it's pushing it due to the lack of fillers. possible SS or videos would be nice?

Yeah, he wants to try it next in crypt 1st boss, maybe more bosses depends how well w/s does. I'll try to be there to make screens or record his dps of w/s and if someone plays scout in crypt.

did R/S get the upgraded blood arrow? Do you think it would make a Big difference for dmg?

Everyone "Gets" the upgraded blood arrow, but unless you have an elite to make it melee damage instead of ranged damage like w/s does it's not useful for anyone but a scout.

Skullbreaker seems highest hitting skill, first boss it was hitting 8kk.
