% tooltip is bugged and doesnt show the real value?
that been said would'nt open flank still be used since it takes 10 rage and skull breaker is a focus skill?

Just got tp reset, trying w/s today....can also say that testing on mobs, with or without cds, skullbreaker is significantly weaker then open flank.

The discrepency in damage could be 1 or more debuffs missing when open flank used, vs when skullbreaker used (effect of a shorter AD perhaps)...

Did taren today and hit 16m final battle, and 18m tactical attack (3 hits total) on taren.
