Zeevex codes // Fix redeeming older zeevex codes

I tried to redeem 14 Adventure Pack redemption codes today (brand new ones, as I purchased the cards today) and I keep getting the message that "this code is no longer active". I remember this happening in the past, what is the correct way to get this fixed?

The only problem is, all Zeevex adventurer packs seem to be doing it, not just fresh ones. If the problem is systemic, is it Zeevex? Cause I have codes from the replacement they did, over a year ago, and I redeemed some of them last week no problem, and this week they say expired just like the brand new ones from last month.

Age doesn't seem to matter. But I'll poke Zeevex anyway.

Any news on this, I have tried redeeming three adv pack codes now, one on the 8th, 10th, 13th of august now and all come back with it being rejected by the redeem key page of Runes of Magic.

I have filed a ticket with Gameforge. Because last time it was Gameforge that had to replace the codes and not Zeevex. I also have sent a ticket into Zeevex just to make sure.

Last time this happened was back in Feb or March of this year. So irritating, and I was told that Gameforge had made improvements and worked out a lot of bugs....so sad, big mistake to return so far, same old RoM, always bugged and broken.

This just helps the fine quality of Gameforge SHINE ever so bright. LOL they cannot even take money without messing something up.

If they ever want to know why their game is dying horrible they need look no further. Well the NA servers seem to be really dead anyways. I take a few months off from playing figure I return, go to redeem a few adventure packs and wa laa the same issue I encountered last time.

SO can you light a fire under support with this issue????

YOU ALREADY HAVE ENCOUNTERED THIS ISSUE AT THE BEGINNING OF THE YEAR....why is it taking so long, for you to figure it our or get your damn website working.

MY total is up to 10 adventure pack codes not redeemed, attempted but Runes of Magic website chose to reject them.

Frustration GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR.

LOL yep they are so aware of the issues they make a special category for this, instead of just fixing it to work as intended.

I'm still waiting on an answer from Zeevex (website says tickets are worked on in 72 hours but mine has been open for over a week). I have 24 adv pack codes I'm waiting to redeem. Has anyone had any updates on this issue?

Just got a reply from GF Support & an in-game voucher :D It took 13-ish days, but at least I got it. :)

Dunno if this helps anyone but what I did was to put in a ticket w/ support about the Zeevex voucher not working.

I hadn't heard anything for a while, so I put in a ticket this morning w/ Zeevex referencing the GF ticket #.

No Zeevex wont just give u a new code they are waiting on GF to get off their butts and send them new codes that work. And Zeevex hasnt responded to me since i sent in a ticket a month ago.

The larger solution will most likely be like frederick is stating.

The voucher code that GF support sent me was ZeevexXXXXX

So I wonder if that's how they're gonna do it for all of them from now on

Are y'all ever gonna fix the Zeevex codes???

This is starting to get ridiculous, it's been weeks. I have about 8 pages of codes that don't freaking work. I sent a ticket in to Zeevex, and aside from the "we got your email" email, nada, nothing, not a word from them.

What exactly are we supposed to do? Am I supposed to email Gameforge all 8 pages of codes??? Can we not just get Zeevex to replace them the way they did with the mount and furniture codes that expired a few years ago? Jeebus.

Last thing i know of (from IRC on Thursday) is that Mika poked tech support again about this issue on that day. He will probably post an update himself once he gets new information.

But we had a user report in the meantime (a day later, on Friday) stating that although it took a while of waiting for his ticket he actually got working code(s) from Support. GF's, not Zeevex' => Zeevex . So maybe that helps. :)

She has 8 pages of codes.. she really shouldn't have to copy and paste all 8 pages to support to get new ones. -_- That's just ridiculous.

Yeah, I get that. I got a bunch of codes too; just saying that right now there is an issue w/ zeevex codes & there is a way to get some redeemed. It's kludgey as all gets out but there is a process that will get you some adv. packs until the real fix is in-place.
