Ok, so that post may have been somewhat ranty, and yes Saitowhatsajime, I should have checked the old Zeevex thread.

But I just spent the last few dias I own on golden repair hammers... again. It's super irritating because I have plenty of codes, they just don't work.

GRRRRRRRRR. I am almost tempted to spend the afternoon composing an Excel spreadsheet of those 8 pages so that Gameforge can experience some of my frustration about this issue. I bet they'd have as much fun as me creating all those codes. :dash:

Just a heads up for all those patiently waiting for a reply from Gameforge support.

Please watch or take the time to check your Ticket History because after they replaced one adv pack code for me it appears as if they have just closed the next ticket without replacing the adv. pack code.

I do not know how support operates. Maybe once they take a ticket they mark that ticket as closed so none of the other support grab it. But got one ticket reading closed from the looks of my ticket history that did not have the adv pack code replaced.

Just check your ticket history to see if anyone has even addressed your ticket.

Keep an eye out n your tickets, I had one closed today without a replacement code given.

I have 8 more codes that I made tickets about. So lets just help swamp support.

It is a shame that this goes on for weeks/months.

So I had one adv pack code replaced, and I feel sorry for you...control your addiction and learn to be patient, when you got over 200 GRH's and you still buy more from them that does not encourage any support to fix any problems you know.

After reading this thread I decided I'd try to submit some tickets since i have a few pages of bonuses I'd like to receive. I logged in to Zeevex and sent a ticket and then went to RoM home page and logged in. I clicked the "this way to support" link and was redirected to the sign in screen. After about 20 minutes and no luck logging in I gave up. It seems I can't send a ticket to support because I can't log in :(

This may not be such a great situation for me, my understanding is that Zeevex is not addressing the problem and Gameforge seems to be coming through for people. I can contact Zeevex support; the people doing nothing, but cannot contact Gameforge; the heroes coming through for us.


Help!

p.s. In the meantime I have lost 2 adventure packs from my digital locker. :fie:

If you were using you game account info to login that wont work, you have to create a new account on support website to submit a ticket. I assume the inconvenience of this is to minimise the risk of game account info getting into wrong hands.

You should use the same email address as your game account but it would indeed be wise to choose a separate log-in name.

I also tried using Zeevex codes a couple of weeks ago and ended up submitting a ticket to Support. Today, literally two weeks later, I got a reply with replacement codes for them. The problem is I only submitted codes for the two Adventurer Packages that I tried, which won't last that long in game. So like mnkmurphy said, I'm contemplating writing out an entire document of Zeevex codes and submitting them, seeing that it might take another two weeks or so before I get a response.

I can verify this.
codes that had previously failed are now working correctly. and I redeemed 1 code that had not previously been attempted and it worked as well
