Forums and Website use - use them more!

So, I was attempting to get one of my friends to play Runes of Magic with me. I directed him to runesofmagic.com which redirected to http://us.runesofmagic.com/us/home.html.

That's fine and dandy. Except the latest huge sale or any news is almost 3 months old. The sale we had that was up there is no longer there. The latest post we have on the front page is from 19.06.2013 (seriously, we're in the UNITED STATES. I don't mind you guys using that form of dates in your forum posts, but at LEAST program our front page to make the dates the way we want/are used to seeing them. A new player coming to the front page today and seeing our last major release (6.0.0) happened on 04.06.2013 is going to think that the last major update was on April 6th, 2013) and that contest ended on June 30th. The sales aren't shown on the main page, the dates are all wrong, and the forums' events section hasn't been used to announce a sale for 4 months. Not only that, not everyone reads the forums. Why is the maintenance date change announced on the forums, but not on the front page of the website?

Also interesting is the fact that when we have a diamond sale, all of the sudden the recharge diamonds button disappears and doesn't work! The only way to get to the recharge diamond page is to drill down two or three steps.

Get your heads in the game guys. This is seriously the stuff we're talking about when we're FEELING NEGLECTED. If you can't see this, you should not be running this game and should pass it onto a company that has our best interest at heart, because we're not feeling like you do.

Comments are appreciated. Thread closings are not. Thanks.

Once again this patch release has proven my point.

* On the US Facebook page they shared that "We're aware about issues with Ridire.
We are working to fix these problems as soon as possible.

Your Runes of Magic team"

Yes, Ridire is an EU server. Not only did they post this news on the US Facebook page, they also shared it on the US Forums. Nothing about Grimdal or Osha being shot to hell.

* Hey guess what! The promotions in the item shop we just had aren't on the front home page anymore!
* No news on the front page about what 6.0.2 contains, or a link to find the patch notes.

Please, just let a professional gaming publisher take over this game and remove yourself from it. This is laughable at best and highly embarassing to say I'm associated with this game as its currently ran.

Lol, after I read move of patch last week, I emailed Mika to use USA date format on this side of forum rather then EU. :)
