My crystal ball said that support will not be able to reproduce the same error... at least they were unable to do it for my self, and from what I hear, folks from guild still missing their stuff...
It is sad that support is just support by name. Other game I play I experienced the same problem, and ended up receiving 4 times more worth of goods for issues with game?! That is what I call SUPPORT!
I would appreciate if you keep us informed on your ordeal with support. (this is one of reasons I've left the game)
That's the thing. I know support will do nothing so I never bothered to even submit a ticket. I had gear vanish a few years ago on another toon after a couple servers crashes on a weekend and after going back and forth with them I was told to stop spamming them (I was replying to every email they sent) and if I didn't they would perma ban my game account. After that I don't bother writing tickets for stuff, just don't see the point.
Nothing that vanished couldn't be replaced, it just made me mad that I had to redo SOME things, but not everything. So some of the stuff I did in the same time frame as minigames was saved.
