Snoop is right at the beginning of the Wall as soon as you get into the new zone...

You'll see a camp called <something> wall.

& dunno about stone vendor... didn't really spend too much time there last night.

Does anyone know where the hell Kargath Duran is for the quest Battle Status. I swear i've searched all over this damn zone and it's part of the main questline.

Do other quests. You will run into another one you turn into Kargath and he will show up

I had the same problem, he's supposed to be at the tent near the Boiling Lake area once you complete a couple of other quests. If however like me you've already done them and not handed in to Kargarth then it's likely you're bugged atm like me.

I refer you to my post on a EU thread, issue has been seen there too - Dawn of War (Morrok Wallinder Quest Line in Syrbal Pass – Sarlo).
