Which part of "take that directly to support" was too hard to understand in the other closed thread in the first place?
Unless it would be about a FORUM suspension, NOONE in this forum is able to help you or even investigate what happened to your ACCOUNT.
Talk to support please, ask for the reasons and/or for a re-check, or you might even escalate the ticket one level further.
But complaining about it in the forums will get you exactly nothing, having done something wrong or not.
