Looking for Suggestions

Been bored last few days, so figured I'd see if anyone has suggestions for a new thread for me to write about. Looking for suggestions on guides to write, questions to answer (I'm not a cm/gm/forum mod so don't ask anything a player wouldn't know), how-to topics. If it sounds good and might help people out, I'll be more then happy to write a thread on it.

"Guide to starting your new toon on Reni" is desperately needed.

i'd say a quick guide to guilds would be nice, something that covers making guilds, castles, SW, upgrades..etc... i know i was very lost trying to figure it all out on my own when i made a guild complete with castle...
my r/p can outdps r/m. your name is stupid.

Thus far I have:
  • pvp guide, wd/w pvp guide -- this would be tricky since there are multiple ways to play classes. This would more or less stick with general knowledge and tips, as well as in depth guides for specific classes which cuold take eons to write. 2-3 guides per class combo (based on gearing choices) is how I see this going atm.
  • Guide to healers (advantages/disadvantages of the classes)
  • list of curses/harmful effects/poisons/etc. (can be put with above) -- these 2 I like thus far, but would probly require a large amount of research and input from other people since I don't play a healer nor do I know all debuffs
  • Guild castle stuffs (not likely to happen since ther are already 123561346341 guilds on every server, but still good suggestion.)

yes a guild guide would be much appreciated, too many people still have no clue to what the purpose of all the buildings do in siege and their different level of buffs they can give. That info is lacking so much and noobs calling us hackers because we have buffs that they do not know about ;-(.

oki so I'll let you guys choose between :
  • SW Guild guide (functions of buildings, what upgrades do what, etc.)
  • How to stat your toon quickly as a new player (this came up when talking to some guildies who have been taking forever to gear up)
Someone post to make a pick out of those two and that shall be the next thread :)

I would say an in depth and comprehensive guide to siege. With the limited time in siege and not many guilds doing scrimmages, getting people trained on what and how to do stuff in siege can be overwhelming for new(er) players to siege.

Statting can be done one on one at anytime with no time limitations on it.

Strted the guild sw thread.

Posts all information that can be read from buildings during siege.
How to win siege
Prepping for siege (getting buffs, etc.)
What you can do in siege (collecting merits, building stuff, etc.)
Informtion on common things such as herald, honor buildings, and farm buffs
Short blurb on using addons/macros

What else shoudl be added in? there is currently no official post, since I am not yet satisfied in calling it any type of guide yet.

maybe an FAQ type part about things people may see in siege that look like hacks/exploits but aren't...("i just saw a mage go invisible, whats up with that?" or "that rogue outran me on foot, while i'm on a mount, how does that happen?" kind of thing...)

I agree with Cike, maybe some of the common "exploits" that aren't. I know I'm guilty of it a few times, simply because I never played a class and didn't know a combo could do what they just did. Also, with the new dwarf set skills, I'm seeing them be able to do somethings that *might* be construed as exploits only because people don't play the champ/warlock enough.
