they should be more clear about this weekend bonus xp/tp

how hard is it or them to type an extra few works on the announcements

xp for quest and xp/tp for mob kills

stop making it so confusing, you guys are getting our hopes up for nothing, was expecting bonus tp on quest too

Getting the same bonus as last week. Not seeing the increase.

there was 450% exp/tp and then drops to 250% ....

At least AU got something in exchange for no daily ticket sales....we are still at 450% xp/tp (yehh most likely they forgot to change it to 250% just like everything else related to AU

it was supposed to be TP on everything, something went wrong, EVeryone just relax, damn. I would love to have the extra TP for sure, there is no point in QQ'uing, i'm sure they are aware of this and ThePit must be angry as hell right now, no need to pour oil on the fire. Let them work it out and they will figure it out ;-)

If I were him I would be really pissed off too. This guy should be at his home chilling with his wife, having a glass of wine and enjoying their newborn baby. Instead, he's going to be working on an office next week trying to come up with explanations as to what went wrong. I kinda feel bad for him = /. But yea no worries peeps, tbh it's not that big of a deal, things could have been much worse. Thanks Beren and Saito for reporting and forwarding the issues in a timely manner.

PS. Hopefully we get a new resident to Taborea and I wish the pitbull and his wife a healthy and happy child.

PS2. Look on the bright side, he's never going to be late to work in the next few months thanks to his brand new alarm clock. :p

I thought they originally promised 350% XP/TP, so my assumption is:

They realized they gave 450% (according to Cammo) and tried to nerf it down to 350%. Someone who was not terrific at math thought 450-350 = 200 and nerfed it by 200%.

I think that's what happened. Someone didn't realize that the program they have takes 100% as a base or "normal". That is, in order for us to receive 350% the program needs to be at 450%.

Easy... go type in the line of code that changes it and put 450%. Why is this taking so long? They can obviously change the xp/tp..

This is simply ridiculous, though not altogether unexpected from Gameforge. One does hope that their incompetence might've decreased lately. Guess not.

Should we expect a fix before this weekend ends?

So, the apology for messing up is more messing up ? I thought that 250% might be ROM's new 350% Guess it doesn't matter much when you cant get the reset sale right either, but seriously someones head should be on the chopping block.

I'm not sure. If its not fixed by tonight, I'll just start doing dailies first on my Priest @ 250%, and save my T-bay quests for tomorrow night in case they do fix it.

Can I presume that you have the documentation for the tool GF uses for these kinds of events? If so, please send a copy to ThePit, since he said in the TS meeting that GF has the tool, but not the documentation for it.

Oh, wait. You weren't at the meeting. Shall I also presume you haven't listened to the audio transcript that Zidlef was kind enough to make and upload?

You, and every other player, are getting something for free. As one of the F2P endgame players, anything that you get for free should just tickle you to death. But since the event isn't "working as intended", you're one of the people who complains.

Now that I've said that, I feel confident that ThePit and the other Powers That Are will make yet another attempt to placate you. I don't expect miracles, though. I suppose you'll also want nickel Diamonds in the AH and free nickels, too.

I may not be German, but I can sometimes be as blunt as Saito is.

For your information I'm not 100% free to play. Never have been. Sure I haven't spent thousands on the game like some people but my wallet has opened a few times. I actually bought diamonds a few weeks ago, not that it's any of YOUR business Kalvan. I can see that was a mistake on my part, and it won't be happening again.


You can sit up on your high horse all you want Kalvan, but the fact remains that the playerbase is fed up with empty promises to change and do better while Gameforge does the exact opposite and continues to make mistakes. The first event was wrong, this weekend was supposed to be a make up for them making a mistake, and they managed to screw that up too.

Gameforge does nothing but promise to change while not actually changing anything. As a forum moderator you're probably priveleged to more inner information, but from a regular players point of view, this game is going more and more downhill while Gameforge tries to suck as much money out of the playerbase as possible.

If fulfilling what they promised to the playerbase is considered a "miracle" to you, then your standards have surely sunken far below what they should be.
