well thank you for the info all sent reply to the ticket but i have 2 accounts both set to different emails addresses and i cant use either email address to login in to the website much less to buy diamonds. so i guess i will have to wait til i get a response that isnt well u should be able to log in and im still not able to log in lol

As has been said previously, make certain that the website/forum accounts are for the US website and not the EU website. Also make certain that when logging in to either of those accounts you are actually on the US website.

that is the only accounts i have are for us and i had learned my lesson in the past that i need to be on the us website and the like like i said i guess i have to wait for support to help me now.

i just fear since the login fails that if i do a forgotten password and get my account password changed and i still cant login that im stuck having to remember this new password that will prolly be hard to remember then have issues loggin into the game which i can log into the game fine its coming to the website to buy the diamonds which is really only way to get diamonds outside the auction house.

You may also want to have someone proofread/edit your messages, since support is run by people whose native language is not English, and your messages, while composed out of English words, are not exactly following any kind of coherent sentence structure.

Shiki, I'm going to presume that the account you're using to post here with is not one of the two website accounts you're having problems with.

If you've asked Support to reset your website passwords, you will receive replies that include the new passwords through the email addresses you gave for both accounts. While you may have issues remembering those passwords, it's not all that difficult to write them down so you can refer to them as needed.

And yes, it's probably best to wait for Support to do the resets and send the replies to you. Other than what's been offered by people here, we really can't give you any direct help.
