Shiki, I'm going to presume that the account you're using to post here with is not one of the two website accounts you're having problems with.
If you've asked Support to reset your website passwords, you will receive replies that include the new passwords through the email addresses you gave for both accounts. While you may have issues remembering those passwords, it's not all that difficult to write them down so you can refer to them as needed.
And yes, it's probably best to wait for Support to do the resets and send the replies to you. Other than what's been offered by people here, we really can't give you any direct help.
