Runes of Magic US / AU

I've been playing on Thalia for a good 4 years or however long it's been running, I started at 3pm the day the server opened, think my house is like number 11. My accounts have been screwed up as far as the forums go, since they did the change around of websites I've been unable to use my AU credentials and have to use the US ones to log in. I saw a thread that told me to send in a ticket about the problem so I did, I then received an answer letting me know that if I want to play on the Thalia server please go to the runes of magic homepage, select the au region and register.

*sigh*

Yes they do but they reckon that I need to register an account to play on thalia, nvm I've been playing on there for years :/ They can only see I have an EU & US account which is very strange.

That's what I tried to do, and they told me that I don't have an account on Thalia and to register on AU if I want to play...

Ahh it looks like I manually changed the address at some point, I had to play guessing games as I have tens of email addresses lol.

It has been discovered now and I can access the new gameforge login on the AU page. Turns out I changed my address at some point which is useful being that they need to be single addresses now heh.

Thanks for looking into this and if you talk to mrporter let him know I found the damned thing! xD

I'm kinda impressed with the support response time, I got sent to the bottom of the queue and still got an answer back in a couple days, much better than in the past where it's taken a week or 2 O.O

Now all they need to do is get 3x the dias for same price permanently & lower cost of everything in CS
