Empty Announcement: "Happy hours! Golden Repair Hammer in great prize"

The announcement on the RoM site (and on the game login) that says :"Happy hours! Golden Repair Hammer in great prize" is empty. I followed the "more details" link to the page, but there was no info.


So... anyone know what this is supposed to be? I like the sound of the title...

From the german title it sounds like its a 50% discount on golden repair hammers.

Yes.

5pm-10pm <region time>, for US thats Pacific.
