I am trying to be patient. :P Just making sure I didn't miss anything.

With some folks losing some gold because they could access the AH and the mail system was down so their item did not deliver, do you or IT anticipate a full server rollback? I'm a bit hesitant to get in game and level up my main toon's Second and third class because I'm afraid of the possibility for a rollback and losing all that work.

Wow

I cant believe this, Still cant get in my house to get my gear, I am stuck on my third class with crap gear since when game screwed up yesterday was doing dailys so now all my good gear is in my house in chest and on a clothing rack. so much for a Happy Halloween lol.

Some toons can log in, others cant. No mail. No AH. No house entry.

Can we please get an update on if IT has found the problem and when we can expect to be back up and running?

The exact things happened last year when they had this event and the year before etc. The event is bugged and they don't fix it and the people who run the game change so often that the programers never tell them that the event doesn't work. So they don't have to fix it.

I am still stuck at loading character data for Reni, do not even get the window to enter secondary password.

Can enter Artemis just fine. Not tried to enter any other servers at this point.

Not that issues were not expected with a new patch but at least at this point we know they are actually working on it and will get it fixed in a reasonable time vs the Frogster days when we would be down for days/weeks/months with these types of issues.

Heh, I guess my alternate on Artemis is gonna get a workout today.


...and my planting toon's plants are all gonna die - so much for that set of guild donations.


I don't remember having login issues last year, but mebe I just blocked it out :P
I do remember the parade being bugged and the haunted farm event in silversprings bugging out on Osha after a short while and the ghosts not spawning for it.

I normally spend $100+ on a good dia sale. Think i'll just pocket that this round. :thumbup: No sense spending money if I cant use the goods.

the house zones have been temporarily closed,if you were crashing while trying to log in you should now be prompted to enter via your race"s starting zone.

As of some time yesterday afternoon (10-31-13), those toons on Osha and Reni who were stuck in their houses were able to log in but had to enter Taborea at Pioneers' Colony. At this time, houses, guild castles, mail services, and the Auction House are still down. Minigames and, I presume, instances, are open. Osha and Reni are limited to a single channel for the time being.

Some hours ago we had restarts of Reni and Osha -the restarts were broadcasted ingame- (around 11am/2pm Pacific/East) which solved "Loading Character Data" for some, if not most of the people.
Auction House and Mail also seems to be working on both servers since shortly after the restart - it simply took a while until the service came up.

House and Guild Castle zones have been restarted multiple times during the last two days and will probably still be down until the problem is really fixed.

Channels: As of 2:45 DE Time / 18:45 Pacific / 21:45 Eastern the current situation says 3 Channels for Osha but 1 for Reni.

We currently hope that the situation at least stays stable until it can be finally solved.

PS: Yes it took a while to post this because I'd rather have the status quo working for quite a while before posting "works" "works not" "works" "works not". Sorry if that feels slow to some.

UPDATE: Monday, November 4th We are aware of the current Mail and Auction House issues that have again arisen on Osha and Reni servers.
EDIT: Additionally, it's also been noticed that the "Loading Character Data" issue is back for some as well.

This information has been passed along and once we know more, we will inform you here.
