How bout a double xp/tp event or maybe a proof of myths event, something else besides hey were sorry give us money for the troubles.

I know they do not have to do anything so something is always better than nothing and hey if you need or were waiting for a good diamond sale then here ya go. Figure might drop 20 bucks on Reni but hey it may not be operable by the time the sale starts so guess I won't.

If it is only for the servers with the issues then it could be considered an "I'm sorry". Otherwise its just a sale, a pretty good sale but still a sale. No matter how good the sale though, if the servers are still down by the time the sale is on, will you be buying diamonds? This thing is

If you buy diamonds and they don't show up, you should go to Customer Support and file an Account (Billing) ticket and comply fully with their instructions. They can then manually add the diamonds to your account.

So, Diamond sale and worse, Daily reset sale while my account was locked, awesome.

Dealing with the same as everyone, accounts locked out.

I'm feeling a slap in the face where I can't logon at all and daily reset tickets that I really need are on the best sale in a long time.

As good of a diamond sale as 130% is, why am I going to take the chance of buying diamonds when:

#1 I can't login
#2 I don't know if we are going to rollback

I don't think it is out of order to respectfully request that the current diamond sale and dr tix sale be extended for the suffering servers...

Nope I am still stuck at loading character data for Reni, still does not even bring up the box/window for me to enter my secondary password for my main account. Still able to log into Artemis and other servers just fine.

And yep a big deterrent for me to purchase diamonds when you cannot log into your server/account.

Having same issue, still stuck at character loading data, no options at all. I can now say with 100% certainty, my patience has run out.

I am on OSHA server, stuck at loading char screen.
I want/need to buy diamonds, but cant do so when can't get into my account.
I Ask we will be able to buy diamonds at the sale price as soon as problems are fixed.

I just bought diamonds very grudgingly and apprehensively and will save all receipts and emails related to the transaction just in case. I have a feeling they won't get us a shot at either extending the Diamond sale and/or the DRT sale, so I might as well take advantage of the diamond sale since that area technically isn't "down". I'm just scared of a rollback being done that might take stuff away from my account. Although at this point, I think a rollback would destroy the game, depending on how many people have played these last three or so days.

I agree. Patience is getting very low. I've never seen an MMORPG have this many issues so far into its launch, it's unreal.

Note: I did not actually buy diamonds. Not sure why I typed that but no diamonds were bought.

Ok I still will not purchase diamonds when I cannot log into my main account in game ( stuck at Loading Data ).
If they would not lock every thread that was started they might get some useful information from us.

Such as I have multiple accounts, making an assumption here ( bad Idea I know ) but it appears are accounts are stored via alphabetically not numerical or maybe just a coincidence but all my accounts that start with the letter M or above are stuck at loading data screen, any account I log into that starts with the letter L or before allows me to log right in.

So if any want to chime in but if your account starts with a letter between M thru Z your stuck at loading data screen, if your account starts with letters A thru L you can log into the game.

And I think your right about the sales Jguy, they will not rerun or extend the sale due to just a small amount of the customers experiencing the issues. They may end up offering us something for the trouble but the sale was not that.

Honestly I could care less if they do any type of compensation, just hope they resolve the issue but check your data banks and see if the issues are with your storage drives.

If they do any type of compensation I personally hope it is a Proof of Myth event, and a double xp/tp event is never a bad thing.

I have three accounts starting in a c and m neither of the last two will load beyond loading data screen and neither of them even shows any indication that the characters are there. However the last account can be logged successfully onto Artemis server where I have a couple characters. So your alphabetical theory would seem to be unfounded although it does show thought

Abbysue it was all 100% assumption based off the several accounts I log into ( alt accounts ). Also the issue is only with Reni for me, I do not play on Osha or tried to log in to OSha, My main account is stuck at loading data screen for Reni but allows me to log into Artemis just fine, that is the same for all my accounts stuck at loading screen for reni, they all work fine loading into the other servers ( mainly artemis atm ).

So it was just an odd observation based off my account names and which ones I was having issues with.
Just like figure the main issue could be with the data storage devices they use for Reni. Each server seems to have their own storage for characters. Not that much of a technical person with computers anymore.

My problem acct. starts with an M. I logged out in Dalanis Chnl 3 (because i didn't want to get stuck in my house like my wife did...lol). Her char can log in now. She was stuck in her house & was ported to Howling Mtns. Im thinking it's a channel problem since there is only 1 channel now.
