Servers down again...

4 servers down atm, Reni house/castle zones are closed and it's down to 1 channel again!

This makes it what the 4th time in the past 2 weeks this has happened?!? :cursing:
WTB name change on my alt toon due to P/S IB nerf.

Wonder what hardware failure's causing the simultaneous disconnection of four servers? ( Please don't tell me they're running all four servers as virtual machines on 1 box! ). Hopefully this time we'll get an explanation of what's going on, and some compensation... I'm sure I was about to get a golden hammer from T.Heights before it crashed and now that box will be gone forever :'-(

Maybe some diamonds? Back pack rental tickets? Golden Hammers?? Please oh please don't make me do more dailies with a daily reset ticket :'-(

It has been MANY hours since THALIA had gone to shite. We can not even get in the server, as when you hit confirm to go to pioneers colony, nothing happens and it just keeps popping up.

Question is, how hard is it to just reboot the server?

Another Crash!!

I see we're down for ANOTHER crash today. Maybe this time an explanation and some small gift (golden hammer, angels sigh, diamonds just not another reset ticket PLEASE!)...

Servers were listed as down and came back up shortly after. I don't have detailed information as of yet and I won't be getting some now as everything was already back up within a couple of minutes, so it either was just a network hickup (possible, but since zones/channels went down too, a bit unlikely) or someone in IT noticed it directly and did not need a notification about the problems. Either way, yes, there were problems again, but they appear to be solved for now. It currently does not get any more detailed.

If anything else breaks down , fastest way to reach us and immediately inform us about problems is probably through IRC - if noone of the US team is available, just ask around, there are team members of the other RoM communities in the channel and some of other GF games.

good night, as I held events till 9am my time and now it's 11am and I still didn't get any sleep. So please poke the others, and have a good day/night.
