Can't open up RoM?!?!

Can't open up RoM?!?!

I'm clicking on my desktop shortcut for RoM, and nothing is happening. RoM launcher would not open no matter what for the past 10 minutes. I was able to open up RoM about an hour ago though.

My internet is working ok though, I'm able to open up webpages, etc. Vent is at 39 ms.

if you crashed out, and accidently sent report, the launcher gets stuck. go into task manager and manually end "launcher.exe" process, and RoM should open fine...

I don't think I crashed, don't remember seeing any crash message. I restarted my computer and was able to get in.
