The actual perma version isn't available. Some of the required items/steps you can not get or complete. If you are only looking for the skin from it, you can buy those inside chaos vortex in varanas. You MUST skin it inside the instance though as those weapons are temp and will disappear if you try to leave with them.

was walking around obsidian stronghold and saw that npc, it has ancient series option enabled but it has no option for legend series..why the items even drop if its disabled?

and for the matter about chaos vortex agg, where is the entrance? it was around varanas fountain before but i dont see it now

Depending on what you mean by "Varanas Fountain", yes, the entrance is directly opposite the bridge entrance to Varanas. And, I believe the entrance can close if someone clears the instance...but I do not think anyone even tries anymore.

Bakken is on Artemis and CV is missing there. Not sure why the diff, but it is not like CV is of any major consequence.

I say this thread should be merged with the plussing thread. Really, I can't think of any more legendary hell than pages of complaints about plussing rate.

Heh, I have not played in 2 years and decided to check forums for nostalgia. I last played not long after the Legendary hell staff and its other were "released." Apparently, the weapons are still impossible to get. I would act surprised, but I know that this is par for the course. I actually don't play any MMO's anymore. They all get too expensive and the F2P are the worst. ROM is the most expensive game I ever played.
The game was great until the 2nd anniversary diamond fiasco and then it just kept going downhill.
