Botters not getting banned

i have a toon on Artemis and im pretty much sure everyone knows the ______zo bots. I have just seen 2 toons PER CHANNEL botting chrysalia eoj. like seriously? i have reported those toons a long time ago and im just curious how SLOW gf is in implementing its banhammer. 6 FREAKING BOTS ALL CONTROLLED BY THE SAME PERSON. no wonder economy is crazy. hackers > gf team

I would report them again to support or go to IRC and PM a Mod there to let them know.

We all know Gameforge would rather ban legitimate players that are not using any 3rd party programs rather than those that do, get used to it.

I have reported another person that has been successfully exploiting Targonhaul again and nothing has happened to them. I had a Fraps Video, screen shots, etc. AFAIK the person has been at it for about 3 weeks now. Worst part is, the chars are not in a guild, but I caught the main person that is controlling them coming to get their rewards or check up on them. Sad part is that they are in a majorly Prominent guild on our server. They even kinda bragged out it in world one day also.

Reported them and nothing has been done. I guess the company was just giving lip service about cleaning up the hackers. Pretty fail.

Edit to add: So I guess it is open season on exploiting Targonhaul again. Let the games begin!

If you mean that one warden can down him then its not too big a deal. As far I know Targ can not be respawned over and over again. That was the biggest problem. The fact that one warden pet can kill Targ is a flaw in the whole battle design of that boss.

well there were patch notes stating that the had changed that part of. It was something about LOS fixes, etc. So either they didn't actually do those changes or they are back.


Either way if it is not an exploit then ill park my two Wdn/s out there and start farming it too.

Dkjester: I wouldn't exactly recommend farming Targonharl this way because that is indeed exploiting and *will* be punished. Have no idea what happened to your support ticket (but if you pm me the ticket number i can ask around) but yes, when I'm made aware of this happening or stumble across it on routine checks (both happened so far...) this will not be ignored. Don't know if your specific problem still exists since just recently more Targonharl exploiters were caught, but I think even with the few details I can speak of we'd be able to find out about that via PM, just contact me :)

Also i believe OPs little problem has been solved by now.


Generally speaking,we're all humans and not available 24/7/365. And atleast I cannot simply go and "shoot first and ask questions later".
