lol they got rid of frost arrow buff?

If so then it's still a nerf.

The damage increase is a joke, and losing that slow is pretty important. GG scouts still getting nerfed.

no idea what he talking about...i still have the skill...

:?:

why the ninja blind spot nerf? That skill needed to get buffed imo sneak attack is leagues better.
dps% on blind stab is nice though lol

my throws really didnt lose too much damage on mobs only talking like 15k per hit less still will use in rotation

why the ninja blind spot nerf?

i'm still confused by this tbh...tested on 2 of my characters, and a couple of my friends tested also. no apparent nerf for all i tested, yet people in world are convinced that it was changed.

i still see the same tooltip and it does the same damage...

so is it safe to assume, scouts got a small buff, but lost an effect from WA, and R -t/ct still pretty much the same. what did they do to gryphon bash? and QQ to the r/m?

have not rolled a r/m yet, been avoiding it as every fotm combo gets the nerf bat eventually. and zid, really? I think they should add an agg that changes main hand weapon to a box of Kleenex.

Wind Arrow still has the slowing effect as long as you have Frost Arrow on.

Changes to throw/combo throw were to make it not so blatently powerful by upgrading. Previously it would do weapon % damage + upgradeable projectile damage. They dropped the amount each upgrade improved it by and made projectile damage a flat 3.00 multiplier instead of the 6.00+

Changes to Blind Stab made it a dps type skill rather than just an effect with a laughable amount of damage, it does upgrade in damage faster than throw. 3% per level opposed to 2.7%

Changes to Blind Spot reduced the upgrade per level from 9.0% to 7.5%. It used to be stronger than Sneak Attack by a good 110%, now it is slightly lower. It could be used in combat so it was useful as a high dps skill with a cooldown in rotation. Still good but "patch notes" overlooked this detail.
A real sysadmin knows how to change the time.
If you make the same mistake while trying to make up for the previous one, you are doing something wrong.

As much as I'd love to say I offer consulting services, the scope of things broken is too large.

It used to be over 800% weapon damage. In other words it was always more powerful than sneak attack, now it is pretty much equal to sneak attack.

So on the high end, it is about 60-70k less damage than it was previously (for me)
Of course physical attack caps vs defense will alter that number lower. Yes over the course of a rotation that is at best a 10k dps reduction so it is only minor. My main issue is with the lack of detail and even mention of certain things. Sure we get the "patch notes" before a patch now but they are still at best a flash card of actual info.

if u and ur friends dont see any change then u probably use charplan addon wrong.
- when u check a skill in CP, u see the old version
- if u link the skill from CP to chat, u see the current version

so if u want to see the differences:
- lvl a skill in CP and do not link it in any chat. just record the % component or whatsoever
- link the skill to a chat and see it current version [that way u can see any class combo current status and compare]

blind spot changed from 9% to 7.5% per lvl.

also post 39 contains the majority of the changes summarized, just in case

got it, ty now...i was not using CP when testing my own chars, just going around and hitting stuff and seeing the numbers...

like i said, not too noticeable, but still a slight nerf...

quoted from post 39

ignite still costs tons of mana xD
was thinking of running AC for the mana portion of the set skill. should be enough to keep mana up.

Anyone know what happened to Gryphon Bash the damage and range are still the same? Is it the AOE or now it only has a chance of hitting other mobs?

Siege last night was both amusing and kind of sad at the same time.

A rogue heavy guild we were facing seemed to low blow a LOT more than throw or even combo throw.

Still didn't seem to see a damage decrease from anyone's throw or combo throw, though. Our Rogues were still fairly effective with those skills.
