House/Mail/AH Lag

The past couple of days I have been experiencing very bad lag when it comes to using mail/ah and when trying to get into my house. Anyone else experiencing this?

The question is less of "Anyone else experiencing this?" and more of "Anyone else *not* experiencing this?". And the answer to that is apparently Artemis players apparently do not have delays. All the other servers do.

I'm going to venture a guess an add-on is bugging. Will remove my add-ons and try one at a time install them to see if that's what it is. That's what I suspect anyhow. Will share my results. Seem to recall a while back similar issue when original aah author quit updating problems arose.

Unfortunately it is not addon.

For example, mail... If I buy the puri pack they have on sale today, I can get 5 or 7 of them and they drop into IS backpack instantly. If I send it as present to alt, it doesn't register. It supposedly sent it, but recipient does not get it. Then 5-6 minutes later "you got a present". There is no addon involved there, it is straight ROM. Or I have "Your item xxxxx has been sold" message from AH. Then again 5-6 minutes later "new mail" pops up.

Mail, which is either separate server or separate subsystem on same server, is clogged. As far as I know, messages are not getting lost, although some people claim they are. But I think all of those claims got it eventually, just quite a bit later, after they made the claim.

AH is similar, although just everyone uses AAH so addon is involved. But it is not addon acting up. Auctions are not listing without delay, searches failing, history of sales not popping up - all of it is ROM.

+1 for being impacted by this RoM mail/AH lag on Reni server. :cursing:

Reni Mithras Aeterna Server (6/27/2017 - Mainly RETIRED,Came back temporarily to get more cards ).
06/07/2011 (ch. 3) - Group completed RT diamond mode with me as M/K!

I had gold incoming in mailbox from AH sale and I was spamming the button to get it but nothing, so I went dailies and after 3-4 dailies I received message that I got the gold.
Just have some damn fun! That's why we play games right?

It's not just US. Saoraid: mail used to be delivered instantly, but yesterday I sent some runes to an alt - it took a few _minutes_ before they appeared in his inbox...

(I even had my moment of panic and made a screenshot of the chat window with "mail sent to ..." message, expecting to need to write to support; but at the end the mail was delivered :) )

Early afternoon in Germany and I see absolutely nothing from them on this on these forums.

14 minutes at obtaining server list here for me and counting.

Hiya,

We are fully aware of the issues on the servers over the past few days and have passed this information on to those who can figure out a solution.

I will add that the players have been giving us great information via both these boards and our IRC Chat as to the specific issues, which will hopefully help find a resolution to these troubles.

Until we hear more, that is all information we have to pass on.

Will last nights killer sale be repeated to allow those who could not get there small puri packs because gifting did not work?

Still have all the diamonds in my bags I tried to use to gift...

Yes I know, contact support is an option BUT that is not the best option now is it....

In case the answer was not clear enough, the more verbose version is: "repeated specifically just because a server had problems/there were server problems" - like the last time when there were huge server problems and we asked for a rerun for you guys, but obviously it was decided differently. I'm certainly not saying "this sale won't appear ever again" - how should I know?.

The sales we get on weekends are generally rotated. So are Wednesday sales to some degree. Happy hour sale follow no such rotating patterns that I see. Sure, they repeat sometimes (mega/storage chest/xp charm/tp charm, etc), but they are not as obviously prepackaged.

Either way, this is drifting off topic. Mail/AH issues and sales are not same subjects, and while they systems were dogfully slow, all my item shop purchases to alts eventually went through. On Reni, at least. Almondnut might or might not be on another server and have different experience.

I suppose it's nice (in a way) to know others are experiencing the same mail/AH issues I had noticed a few weeks ago. :thumbdown:

Looks like I'll continue to stay away until that is also sorted out.
WTB name change on my alt toon due to P/S IB nerf.

Auction House, Mailbox, & House lag

Any intentions on getting these issues fixed on Osha?
Kind of sad that I try to get into my house 15 minutes prior to siege, and finally getting into my house 10 minutes into siege. Losing all my meris and towers.

Same goes for AH and Mailbox. Tired of getting the "still can't do that". Or nothing appearing for 5 minutes :chainsaw:

For the last 10 days Ive been experiencing Runes of Magic (Not Responding) when Im loading into the game, transporting to different zones, leaving castle/house & also I play with Ctr Z down to get more fps, when I hit Ctr Z to get everything back on my screen it does the same thing, it flickers Runes of Magic (Not Responding). I even got rid of my addons & reinstalled the game to the GameforgeLive client & it is worst. My computer does suck but Ive never had these issues in my 4 1/2 years playing.

I am spending too much time messing around at the mailbox and not getting enough play time. I can't imagine why a mailbox transaction should be that difficult to track down and fix. This has been ongoing for about 2-3 weeks now. Are we saying someone has been working on this for 2 weeks and has not gotten a handle on it yet? Back in the old days if you had a bug you stayed until it was fixed. If you didn't get it resolved by the next morning or so, another team member would come in and take over.
