EDIT FOR CLARIFICATION: A ticket is basically required for everything that we can not observe directly. We'll likely tell you to open a ticket and tell you what information needs to be put in if it is not about a LIVE issue that can still be observed. And we're not online 24/7, so if you can't reach someone, make screenshots, put in a ticket. It's that simple.
