Black Bar Event NPCs non existent After GM visited server and stated they were up.

On Palenque after the GM came on and stated the event NPCs were now up. No one can see them in any channel.

Hard to trade invisible NPCs.

Tina and the whole Black bar event was meant to be taken out with this maintenance. I believe the GM's were talking about the Anniversary Event Hosts when they were visiting servers this morning. Could be wrong :whistling:

I apoligize. I missed placing Eve on Palenque. There rest were there.
Be sure to be on channel 1 when trying to locate them.
