where do you get packages for zodiac pets? please be specific with your answer, this is the fourth post I have made asking for help and I still don't understand your responses.

Looking at the answers, I would guess it's one of the festivals where you either get a chance for, or guaranteed elements when you exchange festival certificates for a festival package. Plus a chance at pet crystal. You can see which events are available in this festival in the link for the festival in the news announcements.

Doin any o the festival events twill garner yer some Earth Spirit Crystals. 12 o those twill get yer a turnin at either Varanas Central or Dalanis. Yer hast a choice o 2 packages there, but either one twill get yer 15 fire elements, plus a chance at the pet crystal. No ferget, iffn yer no getteth the crystal, yer always done be welcomer ter turn in 100 fire elements at the Varanas bridge fer one o the three different fire crystal pets.
