FYI regarding the last "cashback" event -
If you have still not received your bonus from the last time, sending in a ticket is the ONLY way you can be assisted. Griping about it on the forums is NOT going to get you your diamonds back from last time.

...where everyone that did not receive the last "cashback promotion" was told to submit a ticket. If you submitted a ticket BEFORE the date on that post (May 14th), it's likely your ticket has gotten lost in the shuffle of "we are told its going to happen this maintenance" replies and has already been archived (sorry, but we as GM's can only go off of what we're informed about). If you submitted a ticket to support AFTER May 14th and STILL have not received your cashback from last time, then there should be a "Complain" button on your ticket (or just reply back), I suggest you click that and it will escalate the issue so that we see it. If you haven't even submitted a ticket to support at all about it and are just here to complain, then I suggest you find somewhere else to do so (like support).
FYI - When they come in, we pass it up to CoMa level right away for the reimbursement, and have processed every such ticket that has come in that way with good results (read: the reimbursement was successful through in-game mail or directly crediting into the account).
