Are all instances going to give world debt from now on?

Bela has world debt, Grotto has been recently changted to give world debt, and new instance gives world debt...

I'm not sure. I've only died in easy mode in Pillar of Morfan, normal mode of Grotto and easy mode of Belathis recently.

I died in Morfan easy too, regular instance debt.
