ah, so it actually was changed to diminishing returns...that's good to know...for a while it was able to be used indefinitely. so it already got ninja-nerfed, and people still think its OP lol


The ninja-nerf, if that is indeed what happened, only made it less OP. Still one of the best skills in sw by far.

Well Knights always were the one to get nerfed at any given point since i have started playing. That skill was not nerfed, it always worked that way, look at it here :

zid, I said how the effect was reduced with subsequent hits was changed from none to diminishing returns. I am aware of how the skill works(it seems moreso than you), and yet it is still one of the most OP skills in the game(for PvP).

Also it's half the time if not undead or demon, so 1/2 the duration on players. Since i am probably the only K/S in siege it really needs to be nerfed, failed attemp at trolling as usual. If you can't kill me in siege here's options for you : learn to play, get 400M TP to be worth being in the front lines, level up, gear better or reroll to a mage class.
No wonder every time he asks for a nurf its towards mages. Every class has there weakness, tanks and mages do nothing to me where as wardens and rogues destroy me on m/wd, a tank will take a rogue but lose to a mage and ect... This is nothing new to games of the oldest variety. There's rock, there's paper, and there's scissors, sorry if you can't be all 3.

Cike you should learn to troll, you are very bad at it, Holy chain is not OP in any way shape or form. Especially if you use it 1 hour a day against level 65 tweak toons then it might be. [Removed]

just because you don't know how to maximize the potential of your own class doesn't mean its not OP....

plus, saito said it was up to RW whether it is fixed or not. heck, at the rate changes are rolling out, u may have to complain for another couple years before anything happens...that's assuming they think your QQ-fest has valid enough arguments(oh, wait...)...

I fail to see how holy chains isn't OP. You can stun an entire guild with it and then use a mage or champion for example to one shot the DPS. It's not fun to stand there not able to do anything then just wait to die. I've never seen any k/s have any issue with chaining anyone and this is having one across a lot in the top sw guilds. Just change it to only work on own target and its fine imo.

As for knights, didn't they give a patch fixing skills JUST for themselves around 75 cap irc? Yeah I'm sure they did...

I believe they did. They got the rework that made them viable again because they were getting beaten out by wd/w so bad. They still get beaten out by Wd/W pretty bad but at least now they can actually run stuff again.

Ah yes they fixed it alright, removing upgradeable skills to level 50 max, great upgrade, also making it cost more TP to level our skills YEAH. BTW compared to some classes, knights have the most skills to upgrade because we do not use only 6 skills to play our classes like some other classes, i use at least 22 of my skills on my knight side, sitting at 420M TP and missing another 120M to 160M to get skills maxed on knight. Ya i didn't exploit TAZ and have a billion TP to spend, my fault for being honest ;-).

As i said in the next siege i will post my Fraps of it for everyone to see what i mean. doesn't work all the time at all.

As Saito has already previously posted the answer to the original purpose of the thread, stating that, no it is NOT an exploit and is PERFECTLY legal, but it MAY or MAY NOT be fixed. (As a M/WD/W, I hope it won't as I do not see ANY reason at all the they should take away the only way a mage can ALMOST do as much damage as a rogue/mage, warrior/mage, or warden/warrior) The thread needs to be closed, as the subject has shifted, if you so wish to talk about "broken" K/S skills, or other "broken" skills, make a different thread for that one specific subject, and not spam a single thread QQ'ing about something completely off-topic. :)

I love how they fixed my Knight Class. 500k hp 500k pdef 100k pattack 26kpdmg buffed is really nice while tanking.
