Macro Target Nearest Enemy Player

Hi everyone! Is there a macro that allows you to target the nearest enemy player? A guild member has limited use of one hand and has trouble clicking on players during siege and I can't convince them that the 'Tab' key is excellent. I thought if I give him this macro and teach him how to set a hot key for it he would be much happier with game play during siege. Thank you very much for any information.

there is also the target addon that targets as you mouse over a player. you can also select it to target NPC's and have different selections.

make sure there isnt a space between the start of the macro and / when you copy and paste it in sometimes there is a hidden space at the start. should fix this problem.
