Zidlef aside, I think most people are pretty realistic when it comes to the state of the game. We know what it is, sorry for hoping that the game we have loved for so long gets better somehow and doesn't completely die. You clearly don't belong here anymore so why even bother..

People can be realistic about the game and still have fun in the game. The reason people are on your case is because without saying literally that you hope the merges fail, you are indeed saying that you hope they fail. I, on the other hand, hope they are a decent success. I don't know if that will be the case, but I'm with Cike on thinking that the sooner the better. Maybe they fail and bring a quicker end to the game and maybe they succeed well enough to extend the life of the game.

Eh, don't bother. Plenty of people have told him to go away, him and his negativity and he just doesn't listen. The funny part is he's alone in all of his opinions even though he thinks he has the entire forum backing. Unlike everyone else who suspects Gameforge to fail, he WANTS them to fail. There's quite a difference. Sure, there are some fanboys here, but this game still has plenty of life left, plenty of people who play who just like the game, not are kissing butt of Gameforge.

That's why I just ignore him, I suggest you do too. With no attention to feed off of, the negativity trolls will just crawl into their hole and die.

They just went F2P and STILL around, with no sign it is going to shut down soon. They have 7 or so servers running also and the population isn't that high. Using this as an example, you may have a long wait ahead. In fact server merges usually means the game will need less money to run, which would extend the life of a game. As seen by other games. Just cause YOU have a problem with the game and YOU want to see it shut down, doesn't mean it will.

@zid: simply put, every1 is still around because they are waiting for the game to improve. also, how is telling current players to quit any different than telling new players the truth about the game(its not doing well, and they may want to look to other games for reasonably priced endgame)? I'm really curious by this, as you can't possibly be hypocritical with that statement...

that being said, if we started banning people because the population doesn't like them, I can think of other people that would be ahead of ziav...including people who had this genius and USSR-esque idea in the first place.
