I agree with Borella and Aardvark about the 2 servers max. I would suggest that the pvp servers would be best served if they just got mixed in with the rest of the servers, and there was no stand alone pvp server. Just an opinion. If there are too many servers left, nothing is accomplished and there is risk for little if any reward.

If there are other options available other than server merge from GF/RW, I would welcome hearing about them from them.

Well, there is also the possibility people misread the question, because I did that completely. At first, I was in a hurry and just did the survey quickly, and I thought the question said "How many servers should be merged together?" (it was also the morning and I had not had my coffee yet. ) So, not paying any attention at all, I clicked 'more than three'. So I'll take responsibility for accidentally choosing an answer I didn't mean to chose, my fault for being a complete idiot.. I vote for one server! AGGROPIT!

who in the hell is voting they have absolute confidence in gf/rw that's way more surprising than the stupid number of server votes, and there's no way they don't merge it all into one server because by the time it happens there''ll be 5-10 people left on each server.

LoL - this +1. I was surprised by those numbers as well. Ah well, guess it just goes to show the diversity and IMO some seriously unjustified over optimism of our gaming population.

I have faith that gameforge will do well on their end it's runewaker that scares me.
I mean look at some of the nerds these were all done by rw . Not to mention gf hasn't been hhere as long as some of us.if it were frogster I would have very little faith in them.

I didn't know there was a poll that effected the real outcome of any decision that RW/GF intend to do.


Let's say they make one that really counts (this current poll does not, there are more than 100 people playing the game and it's not an accurate number to even start with), it should be notified IN GAME that they want our participation on these threads.

GM's please don't take these "omg server merges lets all panic and assume" threads as representation of what the overall server feels.

Well i don't have financial reports or anything but, didn't Gameforge buy a bunch of shares of Frogster in 2010, they weren't majority share holders yet. Then in late 2012 did an agressive push to gain majority of shares, then that led to closing the office of Berlin, and in my opinion didn't give a crap about the game or players. Then they moved all to their offices and since then i have only seen improvement. Might not be fast enough for us, but damn they are trying their best.


As i said i don't know all the info on the purchase of Frogster but that is what i remembered from it, it was a while back so forgive me if my facts are not perfect but i think pretty close ;-)

There isn't.

What will be done, will be done. I'm sure it will be shared with the community and CM SiS is taking into accounts ALL the opinions of all the region's communities, not just the ones she controls. Then, they will be forwarded to the Sysadmins and higher ups who make the decisions based on what they feel is the best decision, perhaps taking into account what the players want.
