Siege war deaths with no info in combat log???

Last night I was playing my 87 rogue in siege. I was in hide and snuck up on an enemy player. As soon as I hit him with shadow stab, I was dead. Curious, I looked in my combat log to see what killed me. Nothing. Combat log showed me hitting with shadow stab. It showed enemy with bleed. Then it showed that I died. Nowhere did it show any indication of what hit me. So, is there a skill that does some sort of reflected damage that doesn't show up in combat log?

This happened to me multiple times yet I forget what class the other player was. While I didn't record the event in video, I did record my combat log so I can upload that to YouTube if anyone wants to see it. I'm not calling hax yet. Not until I can verify that there isn't a skill that does this. I appreciate any feedback you guys have for me.

Combat log i known to glitch out in siege, i often die and can't see what killed me. I rez up and come back for more ;-) it is a known issue for years

What class is opponent playing? If opponent is a R/M, it could be vengence sting, which goes off automatically when you attack them. I've seen Veng sting proc on people for 150k crits, so it certainlly can oneshot people.

I'll review some of the video I recorded and see if I have it captured. Maybe reviewing it I can figure out what it was.

If you are talking about last nights SW Navee, my best guess would be it was the warlock AoE called beast roar that would have killed you. As It hits very hard and rarely if ever shows int he combat log. If you have scrut addon, you can always check the damaged received tab if you reset it often in sw like i do by habit, and that will tel you what you got hit by even if combat log does not ^.^
